Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressive Congress (APCpresidential )’s candidate, has said that his rivals in the general election of 2023 lack integrity.
This was stated by the APC presidential candidate on Tuesday in Calabar, Cross River State, at a town hall meeting with APC members.
The former governor of Lagos State, Tinubu, told those present at the town hall gathering that he has what it takes to prevail and lead the nation.
He said:
“They have no past; they have no experience, no track record, no integrity, so all they do is resort to insults and abuses. My concern is the development of Nigeria, and that is what I will do as President.
“It is our fault in this country that these past 60 years we have not made progress, but moving Nigeria forward is a task that must be done.”
In the general election of 2023, Tinubu will compete against Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party.
On Tuesday, the Peoples Democratic Party gained hundreds of members from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State (PDP).
