According to testimony given before the Ndola High Court, a student nurse who was raped claims she had no injuries to her private parts because the man who committed the crime had a small manhood and was wearing a condom while doing it.
It is believed that Daniel Mulaya, 28, who is accused of three charges of rape and seven counts of aggravated robbery, committed his acts as payback for his sister’s passing, which was brought on by sexual abuse.
In order to get his victims to follow his instructions, Mulaya is accused of breaking into their homes and threatening them with a knife, a taser, and a chisel.
One of the victims testified in court before Ndola High Court Judge Daniel Musonda that Mulaya repeatedly raped her and a roommate until the condom burst.
The victim, who was recounting the events of December of last year, claimed that Mulaya had instructed her roommate to lie face down while they had sex.
The girl described how Mulaya had sexually assaulted her twice, leaving her terrified and affecting her academic performance.
She testified in court that there was no bruising on her intimate areas, but the presence of the sperm suggested that she had been raped.
“I was raped twice and I was not bruised because he was putting on a condom which had lubricant and his manhood was small,” she said.
The victim went on to describe how Mulaya threatened to kill her if she cried out for aid while raping her while holding a knife in his hand.
Erick Silwamba, the attorney defending Mulaya, questioned the victim during cross-examination, asking how likely it was for a man with a little manhood to penetrate the privates.
In response, the victim claimed that he pushed himself through.
After that, the matter was postponed until January 2019.
