Actress Destiny Etiko a Nollywood actress has spoken out about severing relations with her adoptive daughter, Chinenye Eucharia.
The teenage girl and Destiny unfollowed each other on the Instagram photo and video-sharing platform, which led to rumors that they were splitting up.
In a video posted to her social media profile, Destiny Etiko discussed the subject after teaming up with another of her adopted daughters.
She identified the child as her gateman’s daughter and claimed parental responsibility for raising her, expressing amazement at the infant’s rapid growth.
The actress also criticizes her adopted daughter, Chinenye Eucharia, calling her impolite and unappreciative.
She wrote: “My baby is growing so fast, My Hausa Princess. Won’t stop been nice.At least this one is still very small and I know she won’t be too wild to disrespect me or to be ungrateful”
Destiny claimed in another video that she had always wanted the best for Chinyere but chose to injure her repeatedly.
Even though some people had warned her about the unnecessary gifts she offers to Chuinyere, she insists that she is determined to protect the girl because she loves her.
To avoid giving people something to speak about, Destiny said she would not be discussing the matter as much.
