A website for the recruitment of elementary school teachers has been launched by the Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
The development was revealed in a statement on Tuesday by Akinwumi Femi, the state’s SUBEB executive chair.
He said that in order to fill positions in the state’s public primary schools, the board is seeking to hire qualified holders of the National Certificate in Education (NCE) and individuals with education degrees.
Additionally, according to the Ekiti SUBEB chair, online registration will open at midnight on December 21, 2022, and finish at midnight on January 4, 2023.
“Candidates are to print out their forms after completion of the online application. The printout will serve as entry passes into the examination halls during the recruitment test,” the statement reads.
“Candidates who are not ready to serve in the rural areas of the state or where their services are required need not apply.”
