After award-winning singer Kizz Daniel complimented Ubi Franklin for his good deeds, the Nigerian businessman and media personality broke down in tears.
Ubi posted a video of a call he had with Kizz on Christmas day on his Instagram feed.
He captioned the video, “7:59 Pm on Christmas Day.Picked up my phone to gist with my brother @KizzDaniel our normal review on shows the previous night.
“Ubi, I want to pray for you”
“I CRIED AND CRIED I AND KIZZ STARTED WORKING IN 2018.
“THANK YOU VADO THE GREAT 👍🏿 GOD BLESS YOU. 2023 we go all the way up”
In the video, Kizz confesses his love for Ubi and notes that despite their falling out, he never spoke negatively about Iyanya.
Despite the criticisms he had heard from others, the father of two claimed that this was the reason he chose to approach him.
He continued by saying that as they drew closer, he realized that those spreading untrue allegations about him were simply people being people.
Ubi may be heard breaking down at the end of the video after hearing his business manager’s sweet words.
