Nigerian musician Michael Adebayo Olayinka goes by the stage name Ruger, and he frequently extols his musical prowess on Instagram.
The freshly signed Jonzing Records artist, who is recognized for his unusual look, posted a lengthy letter to the site’s end-of-year message board.
In a tweet, he bragged that his song Dior, which debuted at the top of Apple Music, was what caused the tear to fall. With the song Asiwaju, which has been in the top place for a month, he is now rounding out the year.
He concluded by expressing gratitude to God and his supporters and promising that the coming year will be even better.
“Been NUMBER 1 for 1 MONTH now and I’m so grateful . Started the year with DIOR as the number 1 song in the country, caused a lot of damage to your waistlines with GIRLFRIEND in the middle of the year, with WEWE also doing its own bits, Ended the year with ASIWAJU and RED FLAGS .
I owe it all to GOD, my team and my STREAMING FANS . Next year will be a more amazing year for me and my fans I promise you. I’m going in with full madness. Thank you and I LOVE YOU
