Bishop David Oyedepo, a widely respected clergyman, recently delivered a stern message to individuals engaged in internet fraud, often referred to as ‘Yahoo Boys’.
As the overseer of the Living Faith Church of God, he urged young people to steer clear of dishonest practices, emphasizing the importance of pursuing lawful means of livelihood.
He cautioned that those who defy God’s will are destined for ruin.
Addressing the congregation at a Sunday service in Canaanland, Ota, Oyedepo strongly condemned fraudulent behavior and corruption, particularly highlighting the deceitful acquisition of people’s ATM card information as unacceptable.
In his words:
“Nobody playing games has a future in the kingdom. Hear this and hear it forever. If that is your trade, stop it. You are on a very fast lane that always ends in bitterness and destruction.”
